Onero™ osteoporosis class
The Onero™ program is an evidence-based exercise program designed to build and maintain bone density. Developed from the groundbreaking LIFTMOR study, Onero™ uses high-intensity resistance and impact training to improve bone mineral density, muscular strength, balance, and reduce the risk of falls.
This program is particularly beneficial for individuals diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, but is beneficial for anyone looking to prevent bone loss and fractures.
