Meet the team

David Kelly
Principal Physiotherapist
B. App Sc. (Phyt.) MAPA
With 25 years as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in Sydney's eastern suburbs, I've established deep community connections while working and raising my three children in the area. This dual perspective has given me profound appreciation for our area's exceptional people and continues to inspire my passion for helping others live healthier lives.
My path to physiotherapy began through personal experience with injury in high-level sport, sparking a lifelong passion for helping athletes of all ages and abilities. I've developed expertise in lumbopelvic, hip, and thoracic dysfunctions, earning recognition for successfully treating complex and treatment-resistant conditions.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting diverse clients on their health journeys—from school-aged children with growth-related conditions, sportspeople with debilitating injuries, to adults managing workplace injuries and age-related discomfort.
Recently, my professional focus has expanded to include osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I'm committed to debunking misconceptions about these conditions and helping patients lead fulfilling lives through evidence-based education and targeted exercise programs.
My practice philosophy centres on enhancing quality of life through careful listening, precise diagnosis, comprehensive education, and customised yet simple treatment plans. I aim not merely to alleviate symptoms but to equip you with knowledge and strategies for sustainable improvement.
I maintain strong professional relationships with local GPs, sports physicians, specialists, and allied health practitioners. This ensures a coordinated approach and guarantees that you receive optimal care throughout your recovery.

Charlotte Crowe
Physiotherapist
B. ExPhys, M. Phty

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from UNSW and a Master of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, Charlotte spent seven years teaching RAD ballet. This background has given her a particular passion for treating dance and sports-related injuries. Charlotte’s experience as a dancer strongly influences her physiotherapy practice — she values the integration of both active rehabilitation and manual therapy to help her patients move well and feel their best.
Although she grew up in Bondi, Charlotte has also worked in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW, where she gained valuable experience managing skiing and snowboarding injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Charlotte enjoys strength training at the gym, pilates, and walking with her dog.
Hannah Kelly
Practice Manager

An indispensable part of the team she is responsible for making the clinic work like a well-oiled machine!
